Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service that offered a quick solution to a problem. My issue was that the USPS lost my package/business cards and were unwilling to help. However, MOO customer service responded to my concern very promptly, in less than a day. Not only did they reprint my cards free of charge, they also accommodated shipping the package to another new address. Celine at MOO was very polite and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I'm very happy with my new cards.
Business Card re-order
I do love the quality of my Moo business cards. I have re-ordered a few times. I was having some trouble finding the correct place to re-order and called. A specialist answered right away and shepherded me to place the purchase. Very easy, Very knowledgeable!

I was blown away by the level of MOO's support!
I was blown away by the level of support I received when I called Customer Service. My call was answered after a very brief pause, Victoria then answered my questions quickly and effectively and solved my problem with a solution that exceeded all expectations!! All for just a small business card order for 7 sales reps. I would recommend MOO to anyone looking for the highest quality products, very reasonable prices and AMAZING customer support when needed! Thank you so much!
New business cards
The website is more complex than it used to be. I needed assistance from the online chat person. After that it went smoothly. I miss the earlier simplicity and the unlimited number of images.
Wonderful products & Customer Service
I recently ordered two hardcover notebooks from MOO. I meant to order one green and one red, but I accidentally ordered one green and one blue. I didn't realize my mistake until receiving the notebooks, and although it was 100% my bad I sent the company a message asking if I could exchange the blue one for the red (or if I could return the blue one for a refund.) Instead, though, MOO sent me a code to use towards a new notebook and allowed me to keep the one I'd ordered by mistake! I'm very happy with both the quality of the notebooks, and the awesome customer service they provide. They had no obligation to even take a return, let alone give me a free product, but they did anyway.
My only feedback is that when you hit "add to cart" on a product, it shouldn't automatically redirect you to your cart! It was a little annoying when I was trying to order more than one notebook but when I hit add to cart it completely took me off the page before I could even put the second one in! Instead maybe do a pop up button asking if you'd like to go to your cart! Not too big of a deal but would be nice.
Will definitely be ordering more of these in the future! Thank you MOO, and particularly Angela from MOO for the notebooks!!

Cheap look for a lot of money
Bought the recycled t shirt business cards and for $150 they look like I printed and cut them at home, looks very cheap.
Perfect Service!
We were beyond satisfied with the prints we received from MOO! We made our save the dates with the service; the quality of the prints are borderline luxurious and the turn around time was great! We’ll be using MOO again in the near future :)

Customer Service CANNOT be beat!
When a company goes out of their way to make everything an excellent experience with me as their client, I am quick to rave about them online. This was the case this week when I had ordered spot varnished business cards, and when I received them, I noticed I had put one expiration date on the front of the card, and a different one on the back! Even though it was MY MISTAKE in the artwork, Connor of Moo.com told me to send him the corrected files right away and he set the order into production for a new set of cards....AT NO COST TO ME!! When I called I immediately admitted that I had made a mistake in the files I sent, and I wanted to see if there was any way they would consider a reprint for a discounted rate. He automatically and cheerfully told me to resend the files and he could get them into production for a corrected set, at zero cost to me. This is the company to follow, people. All businesses should try to emulate the customer service at Moo. Clients walk away feeling wonderful, and they (I) RAVE about their company!
High quality and fast service
The process to create my invitation was so easy. I uploaded our design , selected my options and done. Then they arrived so quick! I love the color and print quality of the finished product. I ordered both sides coated and was glad I did. The invitations are some of the most perfect I’ve ever ordered. I will def be a repeat customer!

As a graphic designer my business cards have to be perfect, and I absolutely love the quality and feel of my Moo cards. Quick turnaround and now they come in eco friendly packaging, which is always a bonus!
Half size business cards
Half size business cards. They are first rate and very cute. Quality prints even for the small text. I used several of my photos in the set and they are absolutely true to colur and sharp as a tack. Very impressed.

Brilliant service
